Oky Digital – Service Execution Policy


1. Purpose

This Service Execution Policy outlines how we deliver our services, communicate with clients, manage timelines, and handle any changes or refunds. Our goal is to maintain transparency, professionalism, and mutual respect in every project we undertake.


2. Project Kick-Off Requirements

Before we begin any service, the following conditions must be met:

  • ✅ Completion of the Client Intake Form

  • ✅ Signature of the Service Agreement

  • ✅ Payment of the Standard Deposit Fee ($200)


3. Scope of Services

All services will be clearly detailed in the official proposal or service package chosen by the client. Any additional work or services outside of the original scope will require a new quote and approval before execution.


4. Turnaround Times

  • Projects begin within 48 hours of receiving the full deposit and all required materials.

  • Timelines will be outlined in the project plan or proposal.

  • Delays due to incomplete information or missed approvals from the client may result in adjusted deadlines.


5. Communication

All communications will take place through the following channels:

  • 🗓 Scheduled check-ins via Google Meet or Zoom (as needed)

Clients will receive:

  • A project timeline or Trello board link

  • Weekly or bi-weekly updates

  • Final delivery confirmation and feedback request


6. Revisions & Adjustments

Each service package includes a specified number of revisions:

  • Standard packages: 1 revision

  • Premium packages: Up to 2 revisions

Any additional revisions are subject to extra fees based on the time and scope required.


7. Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • The $200 deposit is refundable only if Oky Digital fails to fulfill the service as agreed in the project scope.

  • If the client cancels the project after work has begun, the deposit is non-refundable to cover time and resources already allocated.

  • If Oky Digital cannot complete the project due to internal issues, a full or partial refund will be discussed based on work completed.


8. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

  • Provide all necessary materials (texts, images, logins, etc.) in a timely manner

  • Respond to communication within 48 hours

  • Respect deadlines and terms outlined in the service proposal


9. Intellectual Property & Rights

Upon final payment, the client owns all custom content, designs, and deliverables. Oky Digital retains the right to showcase work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.


10. Confidentiality

We treat all client data, strategies, and business information with the strictest confidentiality and will never share or disclose it without written permission.


11. Policy Updates

This policy may be updated from time to time. Clients will be notified in writing of any major changes that affect their current or upcoming projects.
